Shipping and Returns
We normally ship orders within NZ through our nominated carrier company. Generally, delivery is within 4 days depending on location. Our Online Store estimates delivery times in good faith and in stock items usually ship in 2 - 7 business days. For security reasons, please understand that your order processing may be delayed if the "ship to" address on your order differs from the "billing address" on your credit card. Our Online Store will arrange payment for shipping and insurance with the carrier, but such costs are your responsibility as we are shipping on your behalf. Risk of loss is upon you once Our Online Store delivers the product to the carrier. Delivery times are good faith estimates only and Dobbins Office Furniture will not be liable for delays. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. Dobbins Office Furniture does not consider an item "backordered" if it is temporarily out of stock but is currently in production, and is expected to be placed into inventory within 7 business days from receipt of your order. If at any time after receipt of your order, Dobbins Office Furniture discovers that there will be a longer delay, Dobbins Office Furniture will notify you via email as to the backorder and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order at this time. When a product is backordered, we will use reasonable efforts to promptly inform you via email of this situation as soon as it becomes apparent. Dobbins Office Furniture reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in the form of a split shipment. In the event an item is sent back to Dobbins Office Furniture for an exchange, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Dobbins Office Furniture does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Dobbins Office Furniture International Ordering Policy: At this time, our online system is configured to handle the shipping of orders within New Zealand only. If you wish to have an order shipped overseas, you must prearrange for shipping by emailing your intent to email@example.com prior to placing your order. Products sold by Dobbins Office Furniture, may be exported from New Zealand only in accordance with New Zealand export laws. You warrant and represent that you are eligible to receive Products under New Zealand law and agree to abide by any export or re-export restrictions imposed by the manufacturer or publisher. Dobbins Office Furniture may discontinue shipping to one or more countries at anytime without notice.
Exchanges and Returns
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of the invoice date. We have established the following return policy for our standard stock items: Any return or exchange will need to be sent back within 14 days for processing. Please note that any return or exchange that exceeds 14 days will not be accepted. The item must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached. Worn, soiled, odorous, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return. Please note: suitable items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. For return of goods that are delivered direct from the manufacturer (ie non standard stock items) the following policy applies: items can be returned in their original packaging only and a restocking fee will be applicable in most cases.
