Exchanges and Returns

We have the following return policy for our standard stock / store items:
Any return or exchange will need to be sent back within 14 days for processing. Please note that any return or exchange that exceeds 14 days will not be accepted. The item must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached. Worn, soiled, odorous, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return. Suitable items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

In most cases, goods that are delivered direct from the manufacturer (ie non standard stock items or items made to order) cannot be changed or returned for a store credit. This includes screens, soft seating, some gaslight chairs and custom orders. Occasionally we may be able to return the item (in the original packaging only) to the manufacturer for a restocking fee. This will need to be negotiated on a case by case basis.
