Dobbins Office Furniture Limitation of Liability for Typographical Errors Policy

THE DOBBINS OFFICE FURNITURE WEB SITE AND THE MATERIALS HEREIN ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS.' DOBBINS OFFICE FURNITURE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, SITE UP-TIME OR SITE USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or the product is no longer available, Dobbins Office Furniture will have the right to refuse or cancel, without liability, any orders placed for product that is no longer available or is listed at the incorrect price. Dobbins Office Furniture will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Dobbins Office Furniture will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Dobbins Office Furniture Jurisdiction & Venue Policy

The Dobbins Office Furniture site is administered in Wellington, New Zealand, and all orders are deemed to be solely performed in New Zealand, regardless of where you are located. You agree that any legal action brought against Dobbins Office Furniture will be governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any cause of action must be brought within one (1) year from the date that the cause of action arose.

Dobbins Office Furniture Payment Method Policy

We accept Direct Credits, Cheques and in-store payments of Eftpos and all major Credit Cards. All payments are required in NZ Dollars ($). There is no additional surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Dobbins Office Furniture when you phone in on 04 4711 806. NZ Orders Only! Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, which is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Dobbins Office Furniture Inventory Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify that the item(s) ordered were in stock at the time the order was placed. Dobbins Office Furniture reserves the right to offer for sale items that are temporarily out of stock but are currently in production, and are expected to be placed into inventory within 7 business days from receipt of your order. If at any time after receipt of your order, Dobbins Office Furniture discovers that there will be a longer delay, Dobbins Office Furniture will notify you via email as to the "backorder" and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order at this time. Dobbins Office Furniture reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in the form of a split shipment.
